Shree Ji Printing is certified by Graphic Measures International as a Color Management Professional. This GMI certification assures our customers that we exercise four layers of quality control throughout the printing process, and that we produce accurate color — which safeguards the integrity of brand colors.

As further evidence of our commitment to quality, Shree Ji Printing expects to be fully ISO 9001 certified by year-end 2016. This international standard is based on a number of quality management principles, including a strong customer focus, the motivation and dedication of top management, the process approach and continuous improvement. Our X-Rite color matching system guarantees that our Pantone color levels will match industry specifications throughout the printing process.

Shree Ji Printing operates two video inspection units on each label printing press to guarantee perfect registration. The video units take pictures throughout the press run so the press operator can see whether anything needs to change for better registration. The result: Shree Ji produces labels of the highest quality possible, with no variation in color.

For quality guarantees, we have 100% software-based inspection. For this process, a .pdf proof is uploaded into the software of the printing press. As the press is running, the system takes an image of each individual label to guarantee that there is no variation between what’s running and the .pdf proof of what’s supposed to be running.
